Aim: The ability to consistently deliver products and services that satisfy customers and enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system


 

Context of the organization clause 4 of the ISO 9001:2015: Understand the organization and its context through determining and reviewing information regarding external and internal issues, stakeholder needs, and expectations


 

Leadership clause 5 of the ISO 9001:2015: Top management must show leadership and commitment through implementing quality policies, clear responsibilities, and authorities and appointing qualified employees who understand the concept of quality policies and they're applied

 

 

Planning Clause 6 of ISO 9001:2015: This clause includes and describes how we can handle critical activities and risks that may occur in the future and address them through appropriate control measures



Support Clause 7 of the ISO 9001:2015: This clause specifically talks about employees, and ensure they are competent and aware regarding documentation, infrastructure, and environment for the operation of processes, monitoring and measuring resources which the organization deliver high-quality product and services and meet the customer requirements



Operating Clause 8 of ISO 9001:2015: Defines requirements for the processes necessary to achieve products or services such as design and development, external suppliers, provision of products and services, issuance of products and services, and non-conforming outputs

 

 

Performance Evaluation clause 9 of ISO 9001:2015:  A dedicated performance appraisal that defines requirements for evaluating the performance of QMS processes to ensure smooth operation to check whether they meet pre-defined requirements and meet customer satisfaction

 

 

Improvement clause 10 of ISO 9001:2015: Describes the actions to be taken against material non-compliance and the implementation and documentation of corrective actions. It also describes those processes which should be continually improved
