Types of pollution risks

.Contamination: Something unacceptable or harmful in food

  • microbial contamination:
Bacteria and fungi (organisms that cannot be seen with the naked eye) Contamination methods: food processor, food preparation equipment.

  • chemical pollution:

Cleaning materials and other chemicals Pollution methods: Not washing equipment well after disinfection and cleaning, spillage after chemicals.

  • physical pollution:
Any foreign body possessed can be seen with the naked eye. Methods of contamination: pests, packaging materials.
  • Allergens:

Any substances present that cause harm to the recipient of the food Pollution methods: After foods that contain sesame, mustard, etc.
