In this menu information chart, we will detail low-risk foods that are not usually a source of contamination.

  • Low hydro activity dry products 

Like cornflakes / Crumbs

  • Products high in sugar/salt
High sugar: jam
High in salt: salty potato chips

  • Acidic foods
The pH is more than 4, Like  pickles

  • Food preserved with preservatives does not require a refrigerator
Like canned corn and beans
